Terms And Conditions

These are the terms and conditions on which MLB Digital will carry out work for you. They will apply each time that you ask us to do work for you or carry out a Project. They set out our professional services and what you can expect from us.

Mutual Cooperation

We agree to use our best efforts to fulfil and exceed your expectations on the deliverables expected from us. You agree to help us in doing so by making available to us needed information with regards to your brief and to cooperate with us in doing the work.

We expect our clients to:
Participate fully in the development of the material, by providing timely responses and other information as required.

Provide timely approval of the creative vision and direction.

Should there be a big demand for the product/service it is imperative that clients have systems in place to supply
Meet Client’s payment requirements, in the timeframe selected.

Termination for Unprofessionalism

We are committed to a profitable relationship for both MLB Digital and all our clients, therefore we will provide a positive experience. By signing the contract Client agrees that MLB Digital may, at its discretion, terminate work and suspend or remove any participant from continuing at any time without a refund if the participant ceases to follow guidelines, becomes disruptive or difficult to work with.

Website Clients

 MLB Digital provides all email, website and related hosting services through Afrihost. MLB Digital is dependent on the current state of the Afrihost network and the Terms and Conditions of that company.

MLB Digital reserves the right to block or terminate any email and web hosting services due to abuse, non-payment and any reason were offering the service falls outside the original agreement. All Service fees must be paid as soon as they are due.

Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee any specific results.  We are not responsible for any business loss that occurs during or after our time together.


We appreciate Clients may have deadlines or expedited lead times and will try to facilitate you where possible which may require working beyond our standard working hours. We shall be entitled to charge an overtime rate for any time spent by MLB Digital performing Services outside the hours referred to in the initial contract and any express Services which require us to deliver projects within 24hours or less. Where we identify from your Instruction or following the production of the Creative Brief that working out of hours is necessary we shall set out our overtime rate in our agreement. Otherwise, where the need arises in the course of performance of any Services, we shall notify you of our overtime rates and agree that with you in advance of performing Services outside our standard working hours.

If invoices are not paid on time, we shall be entitled to suspend the Services until due and outstanding invoices are paid in full. 

Retainer Clients

Any time that is not used by the end of the month will not be added to the next month’s balance.

The Retainer time is only used for time spent by Consultants. It cannot be used for allocating printing costs, advertising budgets, design costs (unless arranged) or related items. Those would be paid separately to MLB Digital or applicable Third Party suppliers. If the cost of an item is low then MLB Digital may decide to allocate its value as time to reduce administration and billing overhead for the Client.
